Dialba Oysters grow in some of the cleanest waters of Moreton Bay which is why they taste fantastic!
Greg and Ingrid Nankervis operate Dialba Oysters from their home at Amity. They are licensed processors which means they are licensed to open oysters. They sell freshly shucked oysters to the public and supply a variety of restaurants on the island. You can often find them selling directly to the public at the Point Lookout Sunday markets.
The season runs from September through to February and they are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily during the season.
