The Straddie Chamber of Commerce is recognised as the Local Tourism Organisation (LTO) for North Stradbroke Island. The chamber represents every kind of business including trades, services, resources, transport, accommodation, hospitality, attractions and tours.

This official website has been created  by the Straddie Chamber of Commerce to provide accurate, independent and up to date information on all of the island’s accommodation, attractions and tours as well as the various ferry transport options available from Cleveland (which is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland) and on island buses.

You are welcome to visit ‘Straddie,’ as it is affectionately known and enjoy the national parks,  beaches,  freshwater lakes, native plants and animals, local  galleries, cafes,  clubs and attend the range of food & wine, arts and sporting festivals.

We ask that you respect the natural beauty of the island and leave only footprints in the sand.
